Warranty Information
Patio Ponds Ltd. filters are gauranteed by the manufacturer against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser shall own the product.

This warranty is void if the filter is abused, misused (filter placed at an improper site, allowing the filter to freeze while filled with water, accidental physical demage, etc.) or altered in any way.

This warranty covers the filter body only and excludes any damage or responsibility for any property, livestock, or labor.

Patio Ponds Ltd. will replace or repair any unit at its discretion. All freight must be paid by the customer.

A warranty card is included with every filter sold. Please complete and return within 30 days of purchasing.
